How much does shipping cost?

               We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $125*. Please note free shipping eligibility is calculated after any discount codes are applied at checkout.

 

*Applicable on Free Ground Shipping for U.S. orders only.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time. We do plan to ship to most countries worldwide pretty soon!

 

When will my order ship?

               Your order will dispatch within 2 business days and within 1 business day for express orders. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

 

               Our shipping partners do not operate on weekends. If you have received a shipment confirmation over the weekend, your order will be picked up by the end of the next business day.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

 

Will I get a tracking number?

               Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

 

My package shows delivered, but I have not received it.

               For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

 

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email dogs@prettygoodboy.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

Do you offer local pick up?

               Yes! We offer free local pickups for customers who live in the Los Angeles area. If interested in picking up at our ROWDTLA shop, choose local pickup at checkout.
